High-quality active ingredients - for naturally beautiful skin results

We use only high-quality active ingredients that not only compensate for our skin's deficiencies but also activate its self-healing powers in the long term. For naturally beautiful skin results.

In addition to the special active ingredients that we presented in our last blog post, we also use other active ingredients.

The additional active ingredient from fermented olive leaf extract contains phenolic compounds that have been shown to exhibit strong biological activities – including antioxidant activity, as well as antibacterial, antiviral, and antiparasitic effects. It has been known for some time that the soil was sterilized by the wastewater generated during the crushing and washing of the olive pulp.

Olive leaf extract is produced by fermenting the leaves of the olive tree with the bacterium Lactobacillus lactis. This fermentation process allows for the isolation of phytochemicals and phenolic compounds, particularly oleuropein, flavonoids, and tannins, which exhibit unique antioxidant properties in addition to their antibacterial and antiviral activity.

Organic sage promotes blood circulation in the skin. It cares for problem skin and has a positive effect on acne. It has a healing effect and tightens pores. It prevents excessive sebum production and removes sebaceous cysts on the face.

Common sage (Salvia officinalis), also known as garden sage, culinary sage, or medicinal sage, is a plant species from the genus Salvia. This evergreen culinary and medicinal plant originates from the Mediterranean region but is now widespread throughout Europe. Sage is harvested before flowering, when its aromatic compounds, active ingredients, and flavor are at their peak.

The plant was therefore already known to the ancient Greeks and was probably first cultivated there. In antiquity, philosophy students are said to have chewed a sage leaf to refresh their minds and to gain wisdom, contentment, and knowledge.

The very name of the plant sage suggests its broad range of medicinal and pharmaceutical effects: Sage, Latin "salvia", is derived from the term "salvare" and means something like "to heal".

St. John's wort oil is also an ingredient in our Serum No. 3 and has a stabilizing effect on the skin, soothes inflammation, and reduces itching. True St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum), also known as common St. John's wort, is one of the best-known medicinal herbs in Central Europe. St. John's wort was already of great importance in medicine in antiquity. Today, preparations made from St. John's wort are used, among other things, to treat skin conditions and external injuries. The oil-rich flowers are of particular importance in this regard.

The added zinc in Serum No. 3 acts as a regulator and support, particularly beneficial for skin problems. For example, it reduces excessive sebum production, regulates the skin, and promotes wound healing for healthy skin renewal.

Zinc is essential for cell division and growth processes. It regulates vitamin A metabolism and influences skin development and differentiation. It can promote wound healing and strengthen the immune system. All of these properties and effects make zinc an interesting therapeutic option for treating acne.
