Beautiful, healthy, and well-cared-for skin requires a holistic approach – a symbiosis of external and internal care. Depending on your skin type, you can create an optimal foundation for healthy, fresh, and well-nourished skin through conscious nutrition and targeted skincare. For conscious skincare, use natural products, preferably organic and suited to your skin type. Our diet plays a significant role in how our skin feels and looks. Vitamins A, C, and E, as well as zinc, are particularly recommended for dry, demanding, dull, and stressed skin. They can be found, for example, in cabbage (Brussels sprouts, kale), raspberries, sweet potatoes, carrots, walnuts, flaxseeds, bell peppers, avocados, oatmeal, and whole-grain products.

Drink plenty of water to boost your skin's vitality. This stimulates skin metabolism and provides your skin with more oxygen. Try infused water with berries, cucumber slices, or, as the ancient Greeks knew, basil. For an equally revitalizing effect in summer, try watermelon, strawberries, etc. A good rule of thumb is 30 ml per kilogram of body weight.
Avoid excessive sun exposure, nicotine, sugar, and alcohol. Give your skin and body time to regenerate.
Sincerely
Yours sincerely, Anna Tsekeridu
